We loved everything! The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. This is a compact hotel, in an excellent position (you can see it from the main road, making it exceptionally easy to find). It's very clean and modern, with a comically quirky interior. Perfect for a stopover and dog friendly. Check in was extremely smooth and we thought this hotel excellent value for money. The quad room was really spacious, with a sofa bed for the children, and the double bed was so comfy. We had had a really long journey from Provence, and were so happy that this little hotel was so welcoming and fuss free. I loved that our room (218) had a bath, as we didn't have one in our Airbnb and I prefer a bath to a shower. You can cast your phone onto the TV to watch your personal streaming services. The car park is a bit confusing, but really easy if you know what to look for; there is a free car park a bit further away, but if you follow the signs for the expo centre, which is part of the Same building as the ibis, you pay around ten euros for a convenient and safe car park. Food options, as the hotel doesn't have its' own restaurant, include the 7ieme ciel rooftop restaurant (book in advance online), quite pricey but convenient, and literally the kindest waitress ever! A pizzeria at next door street level, and an excellent boulangerie, which offers savoury food options, burgers etc and cakes, as well as bread. Breakfast was really good, and the service staff were kind and helpful, and working hard (very elegant as well!). Our dog was welcome everywhere, which made the stay really easy, we even took her to the 7ieme restaurant for dinner. Our room included a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, air con, bath with over head shower. For the same price we paid, you would never get this standard in a British hotel. We left, ready and refreshed for a very quick journey to the Eurotunnel. We recommend!

We arrived with no prior knowledge of Arras nor the hotel. It didn’t help that we viewed this as a one night stopover on a long drive to Switzerland. If anything the last time I stayed at an Ibis it was very stark, almost clinical, in feel. This was quite the opposite. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff at reception. The whole reception and bar area lives up to if not exceeds the impression from the photos. The rooms are very clean and comfy and larger than we’d expected. Breakfast was just what we needed, some fruit, bit of eggs and bacon and fresh bread. Location was great. A 5-10 minute pleasant stroll and you’re in the heart of Arras where we found a buzzing atmosphere and a good restaurant where we enjoyed dining Alfresco. Hotel and the city worth taking in for a night or two and superb place to base yourself if you’re planning on visiting the WW1 memorials which are numerous in the region.

This is a perfect place to stay in Arras over the festive season as its in easy walking distance of the Christmas market, the ancient squares and to the light show on the cathedral. We were completely charmed. The rooms are compact but have everything one needs and the breakfast was very good with pancakes, boiled eggs and the usual ham and cheese and bread. Staff were attentive and helpful and there is a carpark at the back which is only 10 euros. It was a perfect place to stop en route to Calais.

Great value hotel, very nicely appointed with a good bathroom and separate toilet. The breakfast was very nice including excellent coffee and bread and fresh orange juice. Paid parking is available right behind the hotel but we parked for free just along the road at a public car park. It is a very short 5-10 minute walk to the Grand Place. The personel were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

The breakfast was very good for the standard of hotel. Getting to the hotel was excellent for us as we came in from the A26 - very visible as you approach1. Minutes walk to the old City squares so well located for the city without having to traverse the roads in the centre Beds and pillows very comfortable and good quality - excellent nights sleep with no noise disturbance
